About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of guest satisfaction.
