About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Hampton by Hilton Manchester Northern Quarter. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and efficient service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the duty manager and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize computer systems and technology to manage guest information, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
