Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Account Administrator to join our Amazon Sales Admin team in supporting the administration tasks related to Amazon EU9 accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all credit memos for invoices raised by the customer, collate and save backups, and deal with query discrepancies.
  • Be responsible for reviewing, recording, and signing discount agreements and maintaining a centralized SOA Roadmap.
  • Support any disputes regarding returns for items not received.
  • Coordinate the centralized setup of new products for Amazon within Garmin offices.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to serve Sales and Finance departments.

Requirements

  • Good Excel and data analyst skills.
  • Keen problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify patterns to see opportunities for improvement or need for escalation.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Previous administration position in a busy environment.
