EU9 Sales Administration Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Account Administrator to join our Amazon Sales Admin team at Garmin (Europe) Limited. As a Key Account Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the administration tasks related to Amazon EU9 accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all credit memos for invoices raised by customers, collate and save backups, and resolve query discrepancies.
- Be responsible for reviewing, recording, and signing discount agreements, and maintaining a centralized SOA Roadmap.
- Support any disputes regarding returns for items not received.
- Coordinate the centralized setup of new products for Amazon within Garmin offices.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to serve Sales and Finance departments.
- Utilize strong Excel and data analysis skills to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
