Location: Office-based role with potential for hybrid working after probation period (3 days in-office, 2 days remote per week).

Role Overview:

Become a vital member of the Amazon Sales Administration team, assisting with various administrative responsibilities associated with the Amazon EU9 accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of all credit memos for customer invoices, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Oversee the review, documentation, and approval of discount agreements while maintaining a centralized SOA Roadmap.
  • Assist in resolving disputes related to undelivered items.
  • Facilitate the centralized setup of new products for Amazon within the organization.
  • Produce regular and on-demand reports to support the Sales and Finance teams.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Identify trends to uncover opportunities for enhancement or escalation needs.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
