About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Specialist to join our team at Garmin (Europe) Limited. As a Key Account Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Amazon EU9 accounts and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all credit memos for invoices raised by the customer, collate and save backups, and resolve query discrepancies.
  • Be responsible for reviewing, recording, and signing discount agreements and maintaining a centralized SOA Roadmap.
  • Support any disputes regarding returns for items not received.
  • Coordinate the centralized setup of new products for Amazon within our offices.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to serve the Sales and Finance departments.

Requirements

  • Good organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous administration experience in a busy environment.
  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement or escalation.
