Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with station management to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Monitor logistics and delivery performance using key performance indicators.
  • Develop and execute action plans to drive current performance to benchmark rates.
  • Contribute to audit initiatives and support results-driven action planning.
  • Deploy Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the delivery station, partnering with station management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure station management is trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity boosts.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests for station information and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or Logistics.
  • Experience in Distribution and/or Fulfillment processes, ideally in a fast-paced industrial, logistics, or production environment.
  • Proven analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Flexibility with work times and willingness to assist in night shifts if required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • First professional experience in process management.
  • Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma, and other Operational Excellence tools.
  • Data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools, such as Minitab, JMP, MS Excel, and MS Access.
