Requirements:

* Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
* Excellent financial management skills, with the ability to create and maintain budgets
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
