Food Service and Retail Operations Leader

As a Food Service and Retail Operations Leader, your primary objective is to collaborate closely with your teams to foster a positive working environment and collectively deliver exceptional customer experiences.

In addition to your excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills, you will demonstrate a solid track record of managing a team with a positive culture. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service. Furthermore, you will oversee a retail café operating within an educational environment.
Your role will involve leading by example with a hands-on approach, while providing expert guidance to our retail café, focusing on gross profit margins, cost management, and sales analysis.
