Catering Operations Director -

Position Overview

As a Catering Operations Director, your primary responsibility is to collaborate with your teams to foster a positive work environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

In addition to possessing outstanding presentation, organizational, and communication skills, you will showcase a genuine enthusiasm for culinary arts and service excellence.

  • Work alongside the culinary team to create balanced and nutritious menus that accommodate various dietary needs and preferences.
  • Oversee and manage the catering budget, ensuring efficient operations while upholding quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational administrators and faculty.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and inspire catering personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Identify avenues for growth, innovation, and enhancement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a tidy and organized kitchen environment.
