Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary requirements and preferences.
- Manage the catering budget and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining quality standards.
- Establish strong relationships with school Bursars, Head Teachers, and faculty.
- Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control protocols.
- Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in menu offerings, service delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Deputy General Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
- Ability to demonstrate effective leadership, coaching, and delegation skills.
- Financially astute, with strong analytical and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
