Position: Project Management Administrator

Employment Type: Temporary opportunity with potential for permanent placement.
Working Hours: Full Time / 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: £13 per hour

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient administrator to join a well-established and expanding organization. This office-based position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development for the right individual who is eager to advance their career. The ideal candidate will possess a solid administrative background or relevant experience that demonstrates their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in understanding project specifications.
  • Collect all necessary information related to projects.
  • Respond to requests for quotations.
  • Initiate survey requests.
  • Prepare accurate additional work or snagging requests.
  • Facilitate communication among various departments involved in a project to ensure timely delivery according to client specifications and budget constraints.
  • Address snagging or additional client requests.
  • Oversee project sign-off and compile files for invoicing.
  • Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS) and coordinate site bookings.
  • Maintain a flexible approach and undertake any other reasonable additional duties as required.
  • Conduct risk assessments as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in an administrative role or a relevant demonstration of this capability, such as a graduate.
  • Strong proficiency in IT.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive work attitude with a willingness to learn and progress.
