About the Role

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the financial element of the upgrade from Navision to Dynamics Business Central. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial transformation process, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial element of the upgrade, ensuring timely and successful completion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop a comprehensive project plan
  • Manage and coordinate the financial transformation process, including data migration and system configuration
  • Provide expert guidance on ERP systems, specifically Dynamics Business Central, to ensure a successful implementation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a focus on financial transformation and ERP systems
  • Expertise in Dynamics Business Central, specifically the financial element
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
