Holland and Knight, a leading law firm, is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-quality administrative support to our team of lawyers and professionals. This position is a hybrid role, requiring designated office days and flexibility depending on future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Create, edit, and manage documents
  • Schedule travel arrangements
  • Process reimbursements and invoices
  • Assist with client billing and conflict checks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
