**Job Title:** IT Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an IT Administrative Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to both staff and students at Elizabeth School of London.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain student records within the student management system.
  2. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all student information.
  3. Provide ongoing support to staff members, addressing any queries or issues related to the system.
  4. Coordinate with academic departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
  5. Assist in the inventory management of IT equipment and ensure timely replacements as needed.

**Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a diploma or equivalent in IT or Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience in an administrative role with a focus on student management, preferably within an educational institution.
  3. Proficient in using student management systems and standard office software.
  4. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
