The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our People Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Resourcing function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Resourcing function, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
  • Assist with key administration, such as HR systems, reward and benefits, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administration support role, with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to positively challenge and influence key stakeholders to ensure recruitment best practice is upheld.
  • Knowledge of HR and recruitment principles, with a willingness to learn and develop.
