Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our busy clinic in Crewe. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for managing telephone enquiries, interacting with service users, carers, families, and professionals, and efficiently handling or redirecting calls as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage telephone enquiries for our Children's Mental Health services in Crewe
  • Interact with service users, carers, families, and professionals
  • Efficiently handle or redirect calls as appropriate
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, a flexible and 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to use initiative and common sense. You will also need to have a good understanding of Microsoft Office and data protection principles.
