About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist at our busy clinic in Crewe. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage telephone enquiries for our Children's Mental Health services in Crewe, efficiently handling or redirecting calls as appropriate.
  • Interact with service users, carers, families, and professionals, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Use initiative and common sense to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
  • Contribute to the mental health and well-being of children and young people within the locality.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent/or relevant administration experience.
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection Act.
