- Interact with service users, carers, families, and professionals, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Use initiative and common sense to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
- NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent/or relevant administration experience.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection Act.
