**The Opportunity**:
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our head office. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be working as part of a team responsible for the service and care of our customers and colleagues.

As Receptionist you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, visitors and colleagues entering head office. You will also be answering the phone in a warm and welcoming way and directing calls to the correct departments.

Each day you will also be responsible for the post distribution of incoming and arranging outgoing post. There may also be times where you are required to support our Directors with administration tasks and preparing refreshments.

The role also offers daily support to our marketing team, ensuring data changes are updated on our database as well as the co-ordination of several monthly reports.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 1pm

- Welcoming and signing in any visitors
- Taking telephone enquiries into head office
- Transferring calls to the correct department
- Dealing with day to day administration in head office
- Maintaining our high standards of presentation for the reception area, meeting rooms and public areas
- Organising refreshments for any visitors and scheduled meetings
- Order stationery for head office
- Responsible for the daily post
- Support the Customer Service Manager with customer queries
- Marketing data entry and collating monthly reports

- Smart and professional appearance
- Previous customer care experience
- Strong administration skills/ computer literate including excel and Microsoft office
- Experience of managing your own workload as well as working as a team
- A keen eye for attention to Detail
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
