About this role
CWP is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Crewe. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy clinic, providing front-of-house services for our Child and Young People's Mental Health Service.
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will interact with service users, carers, families, and professionals, handling or redirecting calls as appropriate.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual who can demonstrate an enthusiastic, professional, and approachable demeanour at all times. A flexible 'can do' attitude, along with the ability to use initiative and common sense, is essential. Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must, as delivering exceptional service is key to this role.
Key responsibilities
This role involves managing telephone enquiries, interacting with clients and visitors, and providing administrative support to the team. You will be responsible for:
Managing telephone enquiries and handling or redirecting calls as appropriateInteracting with service users, carers, families, and professionals in a professional and welcoming mannerProviding administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and faxing

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration or equivalent/or relevant administration experienceKnowledge and use of Microsoft OfficeKnowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act
