HR Administrator Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Office Administrator to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As an HR Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and processing documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks
Coordinate recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing job postings
Handle general office management duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
Organize and coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR or office administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
