HR Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and multi-tasking HR Administrator to join our client's supportive and ambitious team. The successful candidate will draw upon their previous experience in a similar environment to successfully prioritize an evolving workload.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR admin and recruitment needs for several business units within the wider organization. This includes managing all HR admin, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, and communicating details of new starters to colleagues.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and approachable individual with previous admin experience in a HR, payroll, or recruitment admin role in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. They will be a confident user of MS Office packages and ideally have experience with HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day HR admin and recruitment needs for several business units
  • Manage all HR admin, including offers, contracts, on-boarding, exit, and in-life changes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system
  • Communicate details of new starters to colleagues
  • Explain and enrol new starters in end of probation company benefits
  • Set up and administer employee benefits

Requirements:

  • Previous admin experience in a HR, payroll, or recruitment admin role
  • Confident user of MS Office packages
  • Ideal experience with HR systems
  • Flexible and team player
  • Driving licence and vehicle
