Job Title: Administrative Coordinator - Appointments

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our appointments team as an Administrative Coordinator, where you will be responsible for managing outpatient appointments, waiting lists, and liaising with patients or carers. You will also assist in printing patient referrals and work closely with the call centre team to manage telephone queries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Book and manage outpatient appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate waiting lists and update patient records accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assist in printing patient referrals and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Collaborate with the call centre team to respond to patient queries and rebook appointments as needed.

Person Specification:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
