Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Information System Manager to join our team at Radius. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and planning to develop a cost-effective human resources information system (HRIS) that meets current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and optimize the SAGE system and interfaces, as well as other systems that are part of the overall HRIS platform.
  • Conduct and participate in the analysis of workflows and design of functionality and/or improvements to systems, ensuring both process and system requirements are fully identified, evaluated, tested, and implemented.
  • Assist with people data analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring systems are optimized to reduce manual reporting.
  • Work with leadership to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new functionality and enhancements.
  • Maintain the integrity of data held within the HRIS.

Requirements:

  • Resilience and ability to be agile to changing requirements.
  • Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Thorough understanding of database construction.
  • Familiarity and some experience with SAGE or other HRIS software.
  • Exceptional computer skills and proficiency with HR systems.
