About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our busy team, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a comprehensive secretarial service, including typing and distribution of documents and reports.
  • Assist the Support Manager and other APA's in providing a comprehensive secretarial service.
  • Maintain systems and processes to ensure that patient information/data is available at the right time.
  • Deal with a varied range of phone calls and supporting patient queries.
  • Support the management team in RTT and validating pathways.
