We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administrative Support. This role will provide front-of-house services for our Child and Young People's Mental Health Service, which encompasses a range of Mental Health and Wellbeing Services.
As a Receptionist and Administrative Support, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will work within a team that values collaboration and mutual support, and will have access to internal development opportunities, including supervision and regular appraisals.
Main Responsibilities
This role involves managing telephone enquiries for our Children's Mental Health services. You will interact with service users, carers, families, and professionals, efficiently handling or redirecting calls as appropriate. You will also be responsible for general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate an enthusiastic, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times. A flexible 'can do' attitude, along with the ability to use initiative and common sense, is essential. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, as delivering exceptional service is key to this role.
