Sales Administrator Role

In this position, you will provide administrative support to our Sales Executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.

You will work closely with various departments to maintain accurate stock records, process sales documentation, and facilitate customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Accurately record and update stock information.
  2. Prepare and issue sales invoices.
  3. Coordinate vehicle taxation and registration.
  4. Verify customer payments and release vehicles accordingly.
  5. Support the sales team in achieving sales targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in an administrative or sales-related position.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

About the Opportunity
