Job Title: Senior IT Administrator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Administrator to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd.

This is a temporary position lasting between 3-6 months, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm with a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum (£12.50ph).

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Providing accurate reports and analysis on customer complaints.
  • Creating production specifications within agreed timescales.
  • Maintaining a document control system for our quality management system.
  • Managing supplier approval databases and electronic folders.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel (with experience of pivot tables).
  • Data analysis and trending capabilities.
  • Attention to detail.
