About the Role

Get Recruited is looking for an Accounting and Administrative Assistant to work closely with our Senior Assistant Accountant and report directly to our Finance Director.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

  • Answering calls and dealing with queries.
  • Monitoring hire sheets and ensuring they are up-to-date.
  • Dealing with supplier and site queries.
  • Assisting in running reports for journal reconciliations.
  • Producing cost reports for monthly client valuations.
Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have experience as an Accounting and Administrative Assistant, with knowledge or experience of CIS. They will be competent in using Excel and possess strong communication, task prioritisation, and organisational skills.

The salary for this role is approximately £27,000 per annum, with potential to reach up to £32,000 depending on experience, plus benefits.
