Training Administration Specialist

- Fulfill the requirements of the Sentinel Scheme Rules and RTAS rules.
- Forecast training events for trainers and assessors, ensuring timely completion of training requirements.
- Coordinate administration of employee's training records and maintain up-to-date Group Training System information.
We require a skilled individual to oversee the administration of our apprenticeship training programme. This role involves forecasting training events, coordinating employee training records, and maintaining accurate data within our Group Training System.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in using IT systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. A GCSE standard education is also necessary for this position.
We offer a generous salary of £39,500 per annum, commensurate with the responsibilities and qualifications required for this role.
