Training Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Operations Specialist to join our team in Crewe.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate training records across the factory, ensuring robust governance and compliance is in place to meet business and customer requirements.

Your Role
- Ensure accurate maintenance of training and electronic files, including those on the Learning Management System.
- Drive completion of training by working closely with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Teams.
- Develop good course content and training materials, ensuring document controls and content are reviewed and updated regularly.
- Provide appropriate training to new starters and employees who move roles within agreed timescales.
- Ensure refresher training is completed.
- Understand Health & Safety responsibilities and site rules, reporting any issues that may affect personal or others' Health, Safety & Welfare.
- Participate fully in all Health, Safety & Environmental training sessions and Safety Briefings/Toolbox Talks.
- Ensure correct procedures are followed, paperwork is completed correctly, and product quality is maintained.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working area.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Standards.
- A good level of IT skills (e.g., word/excel/PowerPoint/outlook).
- Energy drive and determination to succeed.
- Ability to build strong relationships with external and internal colleagues.
- Proactive nature, willing to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team working skills across disciplines and departments.
- Self-motivated with ability to motivate others.
