Position Title: Casual Support Associate for Fans
Department: Fan Engagement and Community Relations
Reporting To: Disability Access Officer
Compensation: £16.92 per hour (includes holiday pay)

Role Summary:
The Casual Support Associate for Fans will play a crucial role in enhancing the matchday experience at the Gtech Community Stadium. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding service and support to fans during matchdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a safe and inviting environment for supporters at the stadium.
- Assist fans with their arrival and departure from the venue.
- Offer information regarding local amenities, community resources, and transportation options.
- Collect feedback from supporters on matchdays and assist in addressing comments, suggestions, and complaints to improve the overall experience.
- Provide accessibility assistance for both home and away fans visiting the stadium.
- Support additional events, including stadium tours, fan gatherings, and other club fixtures.
General Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all relevant club policies, including safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain compliance with the Club's Code of Conduct.
- Ensure alignment with legal, regulatory, ethical, and social standards.
- Foster positive working relationships both internally and externally, representing Brentford FC professionally.
- Safeguard confidential information related to the Club and its personnel.
- Maintain flexibility in work responsibilities.
- Promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in line with the Club's strategy.
- Support mental health and well-being initiatives throughout the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- A genuine interest in the football industry and a desire to develop skills in a matchday setting.
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service and engaging with fans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Empathy in handling complaints and suggestions.
- A friendly, enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Reliability and dedication to the role, including attendance at training and briefings.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, particularly during matchdays.
