Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Director to lead our IT service management team at First Rate Exchange Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our IT governance model and processes to achieve a flexible and collaborative approach to IT delivery and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT service management team, focusing on people leadership and collaboration with technical delivery teams and business partners.
  • Ensure that our IT policies and procedures meet PCIDSS and ISO27001 standards, taking a risk-based approach throughout IT and the wider business to maintain an appropriate security posture.
  • Optimize and maintain a flexible change management process aligned to an Agile development methodology.
  • Manage the IT delivery portfolio and associated reporting.
  • Set and maintain standards for the IT service desk and associated desktop support.
  • Work with business owners to develop the IT delivery portfolio.
  • Manage IT risk and IT roadmap.
  • Set change and service policy and monitor.
  • Manage the internal corporate IT, including rate setting and management, service desk, and desktop support.

Requirements:

  • Coaching style with ability to give and receive feedback in a positive manner.
  • Knowledge and experience of IT governance and change with ability to collaboratively improve standards.
  • Solid understanding of IT change and service delivery best practices and processes.
  • Experience of delivering high-quality service to customers/stakeholders.
  • Degree-level qualification, preferably in an IT-related discipline.
  • High level of planning, liaison, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers and software vendors.
