Job Summary
We're seeking a Residential Service Delivery Manager to work closely with a small handful of clients within the London area. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with clients to provide technical solutions to unit issues, ensuring that lifts and escalator downtime is kept to a minimum.
- Coaching, mentoring, and managing a team of field-based engineers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties.
- Partnering with key clients to deliver exceptional customer service and meet service level agreements.
- Providing solutions around breakdowns and working with engineers to deliver ideas around faults to ease customer frustrations around unit downtimes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in the lift industry or similar sectors, such as Construction or Facilities Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers' needs and frustrations.
- Management experience, with the ability to delegate tasks and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
- Good IT knowledge, with the ability to work on and with a wide range of Microsoft-based systems.
