Main Responsibilities- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all supporters at the stadium.
- Assist fans with arrival and departure procedures.
- Provide information and support to fans on local amenities, transportation options, and stadium facilities.
- Gather feedback from fans and contribute to improving the matchday experience.
- Support accessibility initiatives for home and away fans.
- Participate in various events, including stadium tours, fan events, and other Brentford FC fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Club policies, including safeguarding, health and safety, and data regulations.
- Adhere to the Club's Code of Conduct.
- Comply with all relevant legal, regulatory, and social requirements.
- Maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Keep confidential any information gained regarding the Club and its personnel.
- Be flexible and adaptable in your work approach.
- Ensure compliance with the Club's Safeguarding Policy and processes.
- Report any concerns or observations to the Safeguarding Team.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Interest in working in the football industry and developing skills in a matchday environment.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service and fan engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with people.
- Ability to handle complaints and suggestions with empathy.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to all fans.
- Good team player.
- Reliable and committed to the role, including attending required training and briefings.
- Availability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and evenings, and for the majority of matchdays throughout the season.
