Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Governance Director to lead our IT service management team at First Rate Exchange Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our IT governance model and processes to achieve a flexible and collaborative approach to IT delivery and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT service management team, focusing on people leadership and collaboration with technical delivery teams and business partners.
- Ensure that our IT policies and procedures meet PCIDSS and ISO27001 standards, taking a risk-based approach throughout IT and the wider business to maintain an appropriate security posture.
- Optimize and maintain a flexible change management process aligned to an Agile development methodology.
- Manage the IT delivery portfolio and associated reporting, working with business owners to develop IT delivery plans.
- Set and maintain standards for the IT service desk and associated desktop support, managing IT risk and IT roadmap.
- Develop and implement IT governance policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and deliver business requirements, building strong relationships with internal customers and software vendors.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT governance and change management, with a solid understanding of IT service delivery best practices and processes.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing IT service management processes.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Degree-level qualification in an IT-related discipline, with a strong understanding of IT security and risk management.
