Reservations and Conference Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations and Conference Agent to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, including processing bookings, amendments, and cancellations, ensuring maximum occupancy and room rates are achieved.
- Work closely with the reception team to maintain accurate records of occupancy levels, no-shows, VIPs, and special events.
- Upsell and promote our hotel's services and amenities to maximize revenue.
- Administer and maintain accurate records, using technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
