Role Overview:

The Client Administrator will offer administrative support to the Commercial Director, encompassing a variety of tasks such as managing Foodbuy Online, facilitating client communications, generating reports, coordinating marketing efforts, and organizing meetings with follow-up on minutes and actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients and suppliers to address any outstanding queries related to Foodbuy online, suppliers, or products.
  • Assist in achieving client CSR objectives, including responding to inquiries, aiding in the creation of marketing materials, and reporting on key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to pinpoint and execute opportunities for managing costs of goods.
  • Support the Commercial Director by documenting actions during meetings and ensuring timely communication with clients.
  • Assist with the administration and updates of strategic initiatives and workstreams.
  • Oversee monthly communication and reporting to clients.
  • Identify potential areas for commercial enhancement in client purchasing and supply chain processes, analyzing data sets and communicating product changes to clients.
  • Manage various ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with relevant teams, including the Customer Experience Team and Supply Chain.

Experience Required:
  • Experience in business administration support.
  • Proficient IT skills with a quick learning ability for new systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable.
  • Confident with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High literacy standards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and initiative-driven.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making.
  • Adept at influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
