Role Overview:
The Client Administrator will deliver essential administrative support to the Commercial Director. Responsibilities include managing Foodbuy Online, facilitating client communications, preparing reports, and coordinating marketing efforts. This role also involves scheduling meetings and following up on action items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with procurement processes, ensuring supply chain compliance and managing client product selections.
  • Handle client communications and reporting, including the preparation of presentations and business reviews.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and administrative assistance as needed.
  • Support various projects within the commercial management team, including sustainability initiatives.

Specific Duties:
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers to resolve queries related to Foodbuy Online, suppliers, or products.
  • Assist in achieving client CSR objectives by responding to inquiries and supporting the creation of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Director to identify and implement cost management opportunities.
  • Document actions during meetings and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Manage monthly client communications and reporting.
  • Analyze purchasing data to identify areas for improvement in client procurement and supply chain processes.
  • Oversee ad hoc projects as assigned.
  • Maintain effective relationships with relevant teams, including Customer Experience and Supply Chain.
