Role Overview:
This opportunity arises from organizational growth and internal promotion. The role involves managing a four-bed facility that has received a "Good" rating from Ofsted with no outstanding requirements.

Applicants should possess experience in managing a "Good" rated facility, coupled with the drive and passion to elevate the home to an "Outstanding" standard. We seek an experienced residential manager or a candidate with relevant experience in a deputy or senior capacity.

The service provides residential accommodation for up to four children with learning disabilities.

Desirable Qualifications:
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent
Experience working with children with learning disabilities


The successful candidate will assist in driving the planning and direction of the home in collaboration with the Responsible Individual.
