Role Overview:
This opportunity arises from organizational growth and internal promotion. The role involves overseeing a four-bed residential home that has achieved a "Good" rating from Ofsted with no areas for improvement.

Applicants should possess experience managing a "Good" rated home, along with the enthusiasm and dedication to elevate this to an "Outstanding" level. We seek an experienced residential manager or a candidate with current experience in a deputy or senior capacity.

The service provides residential accommodation for up to four children with learning disabilities.

Desired Qualifications:
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent
Experience working with children with learning disabilities


The successful candidate will assist in driving the planning and direction of the home in collaboration with the Responsible Individual.
