Role Overview:
This opportunity arises from organizational growth and internal promotion. The role involves overseeing a four-bed facility that has received a "Good" rating from Ofsted with no areas for improvement.
Applicants should possess experience in managing a "Good" rated home, coupled with the enthusiasm and dedication to elevate this service to an "Outstanding" level. We seek to appoint a seasoned residential manager or an individual with current experience in a deputy or senior capacity.
The service offers residential accommodation for up to four children with learning disabilities.

Desired Qualifications:Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent
Experience working with children with learning disabilities
The successful candidate will assist in steering the planning and direction of the home in collaboration with the Responsible Individual.
