Role Overview:
This opportunity arises from organizational growth and internal promotion. The role involves overseeing a four-bed residential facility that has received a "Good" rating from Ofsted with no outstanding requirements.

Applicants should possess experience managing a "Good" rated home, along with the enthusiasm and dedication to elevate this to an "Outstanding" level. We seek an accomplished residential manager or an individual with relevant experience in a deputy or senior capacity.

The service offers residential accommodation for up to four children with learning disabilities.

Desirable Qualifications:
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or equivalent
