Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Search. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our solicitors and legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to solicitors and legal team, including preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Manage diary appointments and organize meetings for staff.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals in a professional manner.
- Audio typing documents.
- Handle telephone calls and enquiries, ensuring excellent client service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
