About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our Client Success team in London, UK. As a key member of our global team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring seamless adoption of our software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovations and deliver creative solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to configure accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Previous client-facing experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent technology skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Proficiency in German (verbal, written, and reading).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building meaningful relationships.
