What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for our European customers
- Take ownership of individual customer queries, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes
- Manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring seamless customer experiences
- Listen and respond to customer needs and concerns, providing solutions and support
- Research and resolve customer queries, updating system accounts accordingly
- Record customer conversations and actions taken, driving continuous improvement
- Contribute to improving customer service by monitoring support communications
- Be flexible and willing to support other areas across the business as needed
About You
- Experience in customer service or call center environments
- Bilingual in English & French (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle various contact types, including chat, email, and voice calls
- Situational awareness to identify and escalate matters requiring urgent attention
Location & Working Hours
Hybrid or remote, with occasional travel to our Soho office
Variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
