About the Role

We're seeking a passionate bilingual professional to join our EuroHub operations team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you'll work with a portion of our UK customer base, supporting and facilitating the implementation of our operating model and Kraken in our international retail brand in Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our multilingual customer base
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer queries and issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Contribute to the development of our operations talent and training delivery for international expansion
