Job Summary:

This is a critical role within our Head Office, responsible for developing and implementing a customer-focused service approach to ensure the safety, compliance, and seamless operation of our buildings. The successful candidate will lead an outsourced service provider to deliver hard services into stores and delivery hubs, while managing soft services, reception, logistics, samples, and workspace through an insourced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an outsourced service provider to deliver hard services into stores and delivery hubs.
  • Manage soft services, reception, logistics, samples, and workspace through an insourced team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and partners to ensure operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain a network of internal resources, external suppliers, and stakeholders to promote operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Significant operational leadership experience in UK Facilities Management, Property, and Construction.
  • Proven track record of customer-focused FM service delivery in a multi-site retail business.
  • Experience of financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience of working client-side with an outsourced service provider.
  • Experience and understanding of service contracts, including output specifications and performance mechanisms.
