About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Partner to join our team at NFU Mutual. As a Senior Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our commercial insurance business in Kent and Sussex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the direction of our agency's commercial growth, focusing on identifying new markets and developing plans to target them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients, using your excellent client-facing and relationship skills to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our portfolio of large commercial businesses, high net worth clients, and SMEs across a range of sectors.
  • Work closely with our team to deliver high-quality services and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Contribute to the development of our business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and implementing changes to drive success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of managing large, high-profile accounts, ideally in a related or similarly regulated sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and innovative mindset.
  • Knowledge of the commercial insurance sector and its trends and developments.
